$400 - File a U.S. Copyright Registration Application. This flat-fee service includes*:

• One (1) 45-minute initial call to discuss your work;

• One (1) written assessment of the copyrightability of your work and the scope of copyright protection for your work;

• The preparation of the copyright registration application for your work; and

• Filing of one (1) copyright registration application with the U.S. Copyright Office pending your approval**.

* The listed flat fee applies to the application for one (1) work. Additional applications for other works can be prepared and filed for a flat fee of $200 per additional work.

**Filing an application does not guarantee registration. The U.S. Copyright Office may ask follow-up questions in response to your application. Responses to any questions are not included in this flat fee. We will provide you with a quote for the preparation of any response.

$1200 - Navigate the U.S. Copyright system on your terms. Gain an understanding of what rights you own in your music, the different types of music royalties, how you can register your music with the U.S. Copyright Office, and what steps you can take to protect your music. This flat-fee services includes:

• One (1) 45-minute initial call to discuss your music, your goals, and music copyright law;

• One (1) 45-minute follow-up call to discuss how to register your music with the U.S. Copyright Office* and how to navigate music royalties; and

• One (1) custom, written report summarizing our recommended steps to protect your music.

*This flat-fee service does not include Copyright Prosecution as a service. Rather, we will show you how to file a U.S. Copyright Registration on your own.

$600 - Gain an understanding of what Intellectual Property (IP) rights you or your business may own and create a plan to protect your IP. This flat fee service includes:

• One (1) 45-minute consultation call to understand your unique works, brand, and/or business;

• One (1) written report summarizing our assessment of your current or potential IP, recommended strategies for how to protect it, and potential IP infringement risks; and

• One (1) 45-minute follow-up call to discuss the contents of the report.

$300 - Obtain a custom split sheet that represents your ownership interests in the tracks you help create. This flat-fee service includes:

• One (1) 45-minute initial call to discuss your goals;

• One (1) draft of a Split Sheet for your review; and

• One (1) revised draft of a Split Sheet that incorporates any potential revisions after your review.

$800 - Assess whether your proposed mark is available for federal registration and proactively determine the trademark litigation risk of using the proposed mark. This flat-fee service includes*:

• One (1) 45-minute initial call to discuss your proposed mark(s) and the associated product or services; and

• One (1) custom, written report summarizing search findings from the United States Patent and Trademark (USPTO) registrations and (reasonably identifiable) non-registered marks.

*The listed flat fee applies to a search for one (1) proposed mark. Searches for each additional proposed mark can be conducted for a flat fee of $100 per proposed mark.

$1250 - File a U.S. federal trademark registration application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This flat-fee services includes*:

• One (1) 45-minute initial call to discuss your proposed mark and the associated product(s) and service(s);

• One (1) report regarding the availability of the proposed mark and assessment of the likelihood of registration;

• Preparation of a federal trademark registration application; and

• Filing of the above application with the USPTO pending your approval**.

*The listed fee applies to trademark registration applications for one class. Each additional class of goods or services is an additional flat fee of $550.

USPTO filing fees are included in our flat fees; you will not need to pay additional fees.

Trademark Registration applications often involve “Office Actions” requiring the applicant to respond to questions or proposed edits from the Examining Attorney. The scope of this flat fee service does not include responses to such Office Actions. In the event that an Office Action is issued, we will provide you with a quote for the preparation and filing of any response.
